These tablet presses are suited to a wide variety of formulations including effervescent and bi-layer tableting and provide a cost effective solution for all your tableting requirements.
Reliable and easy to operate, the B4, D4 and DX4 are fitted with an overload pressure release system to prevent damage to tooling.
Tablet Press B4
The B4 is a single sided tablet press machine ideal for use in generic or contract manufacture. With minimal operator and maintenance training demands, the B4 provides a cost effective solution to small batch tablet production.
Tablet Press D4 / DX4
The D4 is the most versatile tableting machine of the Value Range. A single sided rotary tablet press capable of producing tablets with diameters of up to 25.4 mm. Applications include the manufacture of effervescent and multi-vitamin tablets.
The large tablet diameter capability of the DX4 sees it deployed in a wide range of tableting applications including salt, veterinary products and effervescent materials. The DX4 has a substantial paint-free tableting zone, without corner pillar supports making access for cleaning and maintenance simple.
